COVID-19 and E-Learning Adoption in Higher Education: A Multi-Group Analysis and Recommendation

Transition to e-learning has become crucial in the last two years, partially forced by current pandemic. Therefore, main objective of this study is examine an integrated and comprehensive moderation-cum-mediation model that focuses on user intention adopt e-learning. Self-efficacy, interaction, contents were taken as independent constructs. User satisfaction dependent Enjoyment choice moderators. “Choice” was explicitly used a moderator test whether transition force or choice. Five hundred sixty-two teachers students from countries, India Saudi Arabia, considered for study. The findings indicate self-efficacy interaction augment intention. enhances It also mediates relationship between self-efficacy, Choice moderates This unique it provides multi-group analysis compares nationality, gender, type respondents multi-national context. All stakeholders e-learning, teachers, students, policymakers, platforms, may find results particularly useful.
